Film and television works are a window for spreading Chinese culture, which is conducive to telling stories. The film "Leap" takes three key events as cross section, reflects the spirit of women's volleyball team changes in China over past few decades. Guided by theory ecological translation, this article analyzes subtitle translation "Leap", finally concludes adaptability strategy English culture.
